What we sell
Send to Site is a South African website care service that rebuilds your WordPress site as a fast static site, then lets you change it by email and adds up to four SEO articles a month that you approve before they go live.
The plan includes the rebuild, hosting, changes by email and up to 4 SEO articles a month, each approved by you before it goes live. How it works shows each step, and our terms of service set out what is and is not included.
Price and payment
The plan costs R1 500 a month for the first 6 months, then R750 a month, and there is no setup fee. The first year costs R13 500 in total, and each year after that R9 000. Hosting is included, and there are no delivery or other charges from us. Prices include VAT.
We invoice you every month in rand, and the payment details are on each invoice. We do not take card payments on this website. See pricing for what the price includes.
When the service is delivered
We give you a date for your rebuilt website once we have looked at your current site, and your current site stays live until the new one has passed every check. After that, each change request is acknowledged by email, usually within a minute, and if the system cannot handle a request, a person replies within one business day.
Duration, cancellation and refunds
The plan runs month to month with no fixed term, and you can cancel at any time with one calendar month's notice. When it ends, we hand over your website's files so that any developer can host them. Because the plan is a service, there is nothing to return.
If you are a natural person who signed up electronically, the ECT Act lets you cancel without reason or penalty within seven days of the agreement and get a full refund within 30 days, unless the service began with your consent before the seven days ended. Our terms of service explain this right and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
Terms, records and privacy
Our terms of service and privacy policy are published on this website, and you can save or print either page at any time. Every change to your website is kept in version history, and you can ask us for a copy of your agreement and invoices whenever you need them.
